It is P-42c in the Standard Catalog of World Paper Money and catalogs at $50.00 in VF. This may be a little low for VF since early notes from many Arab countries do better than the catalog. It is probably close if your note truly is F-VF. The comparable notes in Pennywise's post on Ebay seem to be high for the Buy-It-Now which probably explains why they are still on Ebay.
