well, i'm going to see if my dad will let me have $100 STRICTLY for 8 Half rolls and 10 Nickel rolls, and see what i get from each, and then pay back and use the 100 again. Then, when i get a job next summer at the latest, i'll up that to 1000 of my own $$.

 

how to have money in the future

i plan to sell some stocks this year. and spent it for 2007 mint products. like the presidential series.

 

I drive a no payments car.

 

Plan to:

1. make a small profit by selling several 2006 w AGE uncirculated 4-coin sets
2. make a larger profit by selling several 2006 ASE anniversary sets

and then roll that profit into selected US Mint products in 2007 (e.g., APE anniversary set, Presidential clad proof ... and silver proof if available)

While the other mint products are interesting, I want to focus on only those products with the highest potential profit margins

 

Snow balling

That is called "Snowballing".
Speedy you could get a blower and be busy all year. An ATV with a blade would do a lot more very quickly.
I have a friend who lives in Idaho who does this and makes about forty bucks an hour on average. He has a Canadian Bomdier ATV with the blade.

 

Car payments

Smart ! Cars are just an appliance. The American love of the car is a dead end. Take all the public transportation you can. Rent a car if you really need one for a trip. A good quality small truck will give you a general vehicle for not a lot. Buy good quality gold coins. Snowball them enough and you can maybe get a down payment for a first house.

 

I wonder if Speedy still mows lawn? I mean that was 2 years ago...

 

Ive got it, babysit about 15 kids every day, at $20 a head you'll make $300 a day, thats $1500 a week. You'll be able to keep up with all the latest mint products and be the envy of all you're friends!!

Baby sitting is a GREAT idea!!! I think I will try to do my babysitting and lawn mowing at the same time. I will just have to move some of the lawn equipment around in the back of my pickup and then put the 15 - 20 kids in there. Maybe I can even make some of them do some of the lawn work so I can get done earlier which means I can add more yards to my lawn mowing schedule or just use the free time surfing the Mint website planning my next purchace

I think I will rename my business to Bert's Lawn and Day Care.

Durring the week, I'm a Network Engineer and make OK decent Money... On Satuardays, I mow several lawns and make an extra atleast 150+ a week...

The guys at my office kinda laugh at me and make Mexican jokes, but I like it, I make some extra cash, get a tan and some excercise...

If I worked 20 more hours a week at the office I would not get a dime more as we're salary...

 

They did that, Susan B Anthony...gee's now wonder it was not popular....she looks like my old grandmother!!

I just saw this---Yep---still do---one lady died and so I lost that job so I'm down to one lawn....my first....but that really doesn't matter as I'm looking for a better job soon....the mowing job pays for such things as Hunting License and Deer tags....and extra for coins!

Win the lottery, it only cost a buck and the benefits are enormous. However, even if I did, I wouldn't purchase !#$^%^& from the mint. I'm really tired of their "shell out 15,000 to buy our crap" mentality. None of the detritus they have produced in the last couple years has been inspiring art work, or medallic masterpeices. I shudder to think of the ugliness of the new pres dollar series

 

I own a 1971 Dodge Adventurer SE pickup. I am probably going to sell it on ebay to help pay bills and (if the wife doesn't find out) possibly buy a couple coins. I bid on about 40 auctions before I win one, but sometimes I get a good deal. Recently, I got a 1958 ANACS certified MS65 'Omaha bank Hoard' dime for about 10 bucks, less than it would cost me to get it certified. Also, my order for 5 2006-W silver eagles should arrive soon. There is another thread in here about these, some of us got them for 28.50 each.

 

Gee's bqcoins....what may I ask is it that you collect? Any US Coins? If so then they came from that cheating, robbing, crooked old mint you hate so much!!!
