2008w american eagle one ounce silver unc dollar might become the longest offer by the mint. now is 2010 and yet the mint is still selling it.

2006w ASE - 226,200 (single coin) + 250,000 (3 pc set) + 20,000 (gold and silver set) = 496,200.

2007w ASE - 465,831 (single coin) + 90,167 (6 pc set) = 555,998.

2008w ASE - 398,240 (single coin) + 97,055 (6 pc set) + 46,318 (2008w/7) = 541,613.

it's been estimated by the mint long time ago.

 

bank roll for president monroe looks bright. dealer bid now 20% over face value. that is $30.00 per roll.

If gold does not take a major fall these will be very low mintages.

 

the mintage will always make changes. we have to follow it and keep update. anyway. the mint will have the final results later part of the year. the mint always provide us with sales figures and final mintage on the bullion gold, silver and platinum. but not for proof version and uncirculated with w mint mark.

 

the first spouses for 2010 might be lower than 2009 series. this also apply to presidential dollar series.

in order to sell out the (2009 dated) 33,750 pc of AGE. dealers must have to buy some 101,250 pc of 2010 AGE.

These numbers are confusing me left and right...

Just a couple days ago you posted the "2010 bullion american eagle one ounce gold - 49,000"

...Now it's only 45,750???

 

the latest is the accurate one. sorry to confuse you. the mint also reduce the sales figure for clad quarter proof set by 6,809.

 

I am wondering if the fluctuating numbers has anything to do with factoring in returns to the US Mint as opposed to adjustments to specific mintages. TC

 

the adjustment for return is very limited. because the mint sell it back to customers.
