Notice how the areas are flat. That's a characteristic of mechanical (machine) doubling. This is not the same as hub doubling and rarely interests knowledgeable error specialists since it is a relatively common equipment variation. However, that's a pretty cool example of MD, and one of a very few ever posted on here that I would keep.
