If you're looking for doubled did varieties, it's important to know the characteristics of mechanical doubling and die deterioration. There are numerous examples out there and you'll go nuts if you don't learn the differences. MD and DDD add no value

    Good info here

When you can see letters with doubling on BOTH sides of the letter, like your T in TRUST, you can pretty well be assured it is a worn die issue and considered worthless doubling, as already pointed out.

"Again notice how the doubling is on both sides of the letters and also notice the mushy appearance of the letters."

It's nice to find something suspicious, it's even better to get the experience of CT members in your search for answers. Welcome to our Time Capsule (reverse of CT).

Nice to find but it was caused by a worn die. In other words, NAV or no added value Doubling.

list it on sbay or usa coinbook, and you will see this worthless, no value coin bring from 1-3.00 from someone that actually wants it, they do have a value as people are constantly buying them...
