    Maybe I can see what you mean a little in the photo. In person, I don't see it. But the photo is still closer to reality, I think, than the other two I posted. Purple or not!

    This is how your "fix" looks together with the reverse -- a vast improvement over the original photos (both the dealer's and mine), I think, and a much closer resemblance to what the coin actually looks like. With this photo, he probably could have charged a lot more than he did!

    The Crescent and star are about 1000+ years old at the point of those coins being minted! That goes back to Iran and Mesopotamia!
