Can anyone tell the date on this CC Morgan?

    Can anyone tell what the date is on this Morgan? Does the CC look legit? 83 CC maybe?

    My guess would be 1893 because if you look closely, you notice the 2nd and 3rd numbers are not the same. Could even be 1892, which now seems a little more probable
