    Nice struck through error. :)

    I recalled seeing an 2017 Frederick Douglass ATB quarter error (PCGS slabbed) with a magnetic washer still stuck onto it.

    The washer looks raised and then every once in a while it looks recessed, either way a strike thru.

    Is that number 2?
