Potential Plating/Lamination Error

I found this coin recently and I think that there may be some form of plating or lamination error on the back. Let me know what you guys think.

1951 Cents are not plated. Looks like an old layer of sprayed on clear lacquer.
It's peeling.

Not a Lamination and not a mint error of any kind.

That coin was definitely plated with something clear and now it’s peeling off. Listen to what Paddy said.
