1982 p large date copper

I looked this coin up it looks like a wddo_005 the coin is in not the best shape but it looks like the real deal.

Well you got the Large Date correct.

 

Not worth anything with that scare on the cheek! Besides, as paddyman98 said...it's a large date, and I have about 5 of those that are Large and 5 of those that are small, ALL with ZERO Scratches! The one you want is a small date "D" that weighs 3.11g

 

Definitely scary.

Thanks everyone for the info and I have been looking for that small date with a d on it I must have thosands 82 small date and large date with no scratches in perfect condition but still not mint enough to send off but I have some nice ones put back for about 20 more years that might be worth something.

 

Everyone wants that one but it's not going to happen.

 

If you don't have one I suggest you get a Redbook. You will be hard pressed to find any modern coins in circulation that will grade high enough to be worthy of being sent off.
