I was wondering if this coin appears normal as compared to others in the hair area? This is one of about 30 pieces all of which are dated 1964. Thanks for any info about that or otherwise.
If you are wondering about the accented hair variety, it was a proof coin and the lower left serif of the I in Liberty is missing. Welcome to CT
Well, now really - Thomas Jefferson and John Kennedy really did have a lot in common - both were well known to be prolific in their private lives.
Be nice. After looking at dozens of different coins, having questions about a few, it might be easy to get confused and think one thing and type another. Be honest, you've never done that? I have. Welcome to the nut farm @TheDescendent.
Hey, @TheDescendent , welcome to the forum. Do not let these guys discourage you, there is a lot to learn here. At least you can take a good picture of a coin, if I try to photograph one, it looks like a shiny metal disc. This is why I have no photo for my avatar.
Lol. Thanks for the "info.". I know what it is so my only excuse is how late it was at the time. Anyway...I noticed his hair strands and there is a "blob" of hair with no strands. I thought that perhaps it was an error of some sort.
