Hello, This is a cud, note how the area is raised. Typically the same spot on the opposite side has weakness because of the way the metal flows during the strike. Hopefully this makes sense. -Evan
Your trying to gather opinions and put it into math percentages to make it easier to understand. If you did a poll and asked is this a mint error, was it damaged in packing at the mint or was it damaged in circulation, you would have 100% saying it was damaged in circulation.
