Anyone out there collected GMM Hobo Nickels and know how to price them? The few times I checked eBay, there weren’t any sales.. I have several, but missed several issues.
I have some, but don,t know the value of them..Past owner of GMM Ron Landis is a friend and fellow Hobo Nickel carver..We have talked about designing and carving a coin together, one do the obverse, one do the reverse.
Ron,s partner ,Joe Rust at GMM pasted away in 2005, Ron still does a limited amount of engraving..Too my knowledge there is a new owner of the mint, I think we have a forum member who knows the new owner.
Yeah, I heard on coin talk they may open again. Do you know if they have any stock left and where to buy it if they do?
