Oh I remember 40. My hair started sliding off my head, down my back to my butt. Parts I didn't realize I had began to hurt and when I said "until death do us part" I was actually setting a goal.

I'm not sure when I started collecting, but I was already the local expert by 1968 when I told a neighbor she couldn't possibly have a new cent with a mint mark because they stopped putting mint marks on coins in 1965.

At the time, it seemed like a permanent move.

That's back when you could pick up COINS or COINAGE at the local 7-11 magazine rack.

To clarify, I have one wife and
one is enough, particularly at my age. She’s a keeper because she has tolerated my coin collecting.
Thanks for picking up on the misspelling of wife and the alluding to multiple wives. I like your humor!

I intended humor, and forgot to add (insert smiley face here), as I usually do. That, plus I am a big fan of unintended play on words.

No discourtesy or snarkiness of spelling policing intended.

I truly hope you interpreted the humor intent, because I fail at that a lot around here.

Edit: added an a to round.
