74 the next December. Started collecting when my father was killed and his coin collection was split between my brother and me. I got my half in 2009 and have really enjoyed collecting.
Only 72 and collecting 66 years. I still have my first coin I bought at a coin show at age 6. A 1918/7-D Buffalo nickel in Good. Cost me all my blueberry and princess pine money $20.
I'd say about 17-18 or so... maturity wise that is. Men do not need to grow up, they just grow older and get better toys. And coins.
I am 39… I was told life is over when you turn 40… but wait, I am married, so it can’t get much worse, right?
