1986 lmc ddr?

Let me further weigh in here, and thanks to those who have posted. I actually do enjoy spending the time researching these things. I have a drawer full of strike doubled coins in my coin organizer that I made the determination on and didn't post them here asking for opinions. Several are even more extreme than this one. The reason I posted this one, and perhaps it's not clear in the pics is that the separation lines on the "UN" of United look different from any strike doubling I've seen before, because they are seperate and rise up into the device. I'll try to see if I can get better pics, but those lines on the U and N are actually valleys between two raised areas. My understanding of MD(as some like to call it and some don't) is that it would be completely flat.
