Major addition to the type set

    Been wanting one for a lot of years.... finaly got one at a price I found acceptable :D
    "Details" Rim Ding yes, but like my 1895 morgan, these are details I can live with :D

    I stuck with slabbed and a respected seller... way way too many fakes of TDs out there, and I don't know enough to make the call myself :D

    I like the op's coin, the rim dings don't bother me as they are relatively smooth and toned in. Nice coin that escaped attempts at "improvement." One from my set--

    Given the huge number of counterfeit Trade Dollars, buying a certified example is a very good idea for collectors these days.

    Rim bumps aside, you found a very nice example with original surfaces.
