With only 1.2 million of these minted, you'd think these'd be harder to find. This is my third or fourth, in circulation.

@paddyman98 there's bad pmd on the TGP quarter. Doesn't look as bad in the pics , but it's bad. Any way to clean clad? I tried spit and elbow grease, no dice. Thanks.
