If I had the head straight up and down in my flip wonder how much it would be off I would say a quiet a bit I believe at least 20 percent off maybe a little more than that these coins are hard to find and in good shape.

Your first picture is not straight. It's tilted.

To show a rotation you need to orient the coin dead straight on it's edge with the reverse reflected in a mirror. An example is below. Also you seem to think that brown is important. In actual fact, with a high enough grade notwithstanding, R (Red) is the most sought after, followed by RB (Red/Brown) and lastly B (Brown)
Here is how to show a rotation

You don't really need a mirror. All you need to do is position the staples properly.

Because of the obverse tilt the coin looks to be correct, no error, in my opinion. It's a wheatie, so you may want to keep it.

Rotation would be well within mint tolerances. Not special except to the keeper of the coin.

To determine rotation on a LMC or wheatie, I align the top of the motto and the top of the date, parallel to the bottom or top of the flip as I put it in the flip. Then I can turn it over and easily recognize any deviation from proper alignment.
I have actually gone through piles of pennies looking for non-aligned (NA) coins. I simply put them in a flip as I described, turn them over, check them, keep the NAs and put the others in the "discard" pile. With practice, it can go pretty fast.
I keep my loose coins in a large Coffee-Mate tub and have one about 1/3 full of NAs.
Most of mine are not rotated enough to have a premium.
The very first NA I found was because it was so noticeable as I turned the coin over.
I'm still looking for one that is rotated 180 degrees or better.

I think many of us can appreciate your enthusiasm but you've been posting here long enough to get some tough love. They minted 746,130,000 of these and I dare say there are probably on the order of a million or more brown ones of these out there that are better than this one. Collect what you like but enough with the superlatives.
