The coin benches are cool, lol. Probably cheaper to make your own out of coins than it is to buy an actual bench nowadays

 

Coins aren't considered government property once they are issued, paper money still is. That's why, with just two exceptions, you can do anything you want to with your coins, but defacing paper money in such a way as to render it unfit to be reissued is illegal.
