    DEFDAM - Definitely Damaged
Not a mint error of any kind. I don't even think a grocery store would take it.

How did it get damaged? Only the person that did it would know. But that didn't occur during the minting process.

Like @paddyman98 said, it is damaged.
Value is 5 cents...if you can get someone to accept it.

Dearborn Above average collector - Is that an Error?

That coin would probably get rejected at a coin star

It’s damaged and how doesn’t matter. Not an error and the date is 2018.

Why are you wondering about anything? We have plenty of people, here, who look for that "end of the rainbow" find before they even contemplate learning about how coins are made. I only wish that they could buy common sense.

If it was a customer wrapped roll, you never know what you might find in them

If you spent more time on CT you would learn answers to thing like this.

Makes one wonder how it got into a roll in the first place. Perhaps a hand roll? PMD for sure. Good luck.

I get stuff like this in machine wrapped rolls as well.

Obvious PMD but your post should be a learning experience. Don't be dissuaded from asking when you honestly don't know or can find the answer on google.
As to worth, I'd say you will be lucky to get 5¢ for it with its current condition. No machine, CoinStar or other, would accept that coin.

Don’t take the negative criticism to heart because it’s actually positive they’re trying to lead you in the right direction. I’ve had my sack busted mini of times from these guys!!!!!! It is definitely PMD but keep searching and you shall find? Keep posting can’t Wait to See what you find.
