I sent my set of FAOs in to ANACS for grading and conservation. They came back georgous and I will get a chance to image them later. One coin came back as a cleaned - scratched details MS grade, which very much suprised me. I am not sure I know what they are talking about
Some of these mirrored coins, there is no rhyme or reason, what is usually means is there are many better examples than yours.

https://www.hyattcoins.com/india-1971-food-for-all-20-paise-pcgs-ms63-20p.html I just don't see the scratch(es) that they refer to. I thought it might be surfice hairlines, but I don't see those going accross the devices as it would with a cleaned coin. I take ANACs word on it. It is interesting that this set was in the FAO sleeve or a long time and tones somewhat or discolored and ANACS did conversation on several of them (6 of them). But they all look like they were worked on because the colors that one sees on them is now largely silver in color. Here are the coins before they were sent out and I will get a group portrait together later tonight of the slabs http://images.mrbrklyn.com/coins/food_for_all_1972/ http://images.mrbrklyn.com/coins/FOA_Set/foa_page_1.jpg?width=1600
