I came across this 2020-P dime and was checking out all of the Die breaks and Die chips under the microscope and when I looked at the date ,to me, it looked doubled. In fact all the way around the coin looks , to me, to be doubled. The olive leaf at the very top appears to be doubled as well. No known 2020-p DDO's DR'S exist and wonder if this may be the first.
Pictures would help your most likely seeing NAV doubling-no added value doubling as I call it.Such as MD-machine doubling,DDD-die deterioration doubling etc which aren't true doubled dies.
Looks like a late die stage where things are happening to the die. Chips and other deterioration making the devices look smeared (doubled-like), but otherwise a normal dime from what I see.
Thanks you so much for helping me this morning. One day I'll find that special coin.........one day. Thanks again.
You may want to make a note to file with this coin for future reference. Your image of IGWT shows it best: pronounced radial flow lines and "doubling" on both sides of the letters. Classic signs of DDD - Deteriorated Die Doubling. You might have this already but here is a link to a site that explains such things https://doubleddie.com/144801.html Good luck for the future, and welcome to CT
