Looks like an RPD for sure nice find,better pictures would help for the date.

Definitely not a 9 over an 8, but looks odd for a RPD. For only the tail of the 9 showing.

 

There isnt really a price on these, so its basically whatever someone will pay for it. My guess is somewhere around $5, but I really don't know

 

I think the "coolness" factor is more important than Value at times . That's what's so fun about collecting errors . IMO

 

Neat to find and great to own but it’s worth less than $5.00. It’s a common date IHC.
