Ikes have been getting attention of late, but this seems a bit exessive https://www.ebay.com/itm/233968380160?hash=item36799a2900:g:1N8AAOSwYKtdZ72s The secret code is DD OBV & DD REV There is so much doubling in Ikes, I am suprised to see this designation even on a very old ANACS slab.
What stands out to me aside from your good point, the price, etc. are the blurry photos. Yes, there are two clear ones (for the most part), but not until after the two blurry ones which, for a seller asking a 32K price, is just unacceptable (to me) in this day of digital photos where they can/should be reviewed or retaken before posting...maybe a few extra minutes. Also, for a 32K-priced coin...assuming it was commanding/respectful of such a price...seems like one might expect a wider range of (clear) photos.
There are many a generation soap box slab that are desirable. Spend the money lets see that slab. What color is the hologram?
