Sequence of Presidents in Mint Sets

    I have a 2007 D U S Mint set with George Washington out of sequence.
    Jefferson, Adams, Washington and Madison.
    Is that unusual at all?

    wxcoin Getting no respect since I was a baby

    I never thought about the order in the sets. I guess if was the only set like that then someone would find value in it. However, unlike TPG slabs, I wonder how easy it would be for someone to open the holder and rearrange the coins.

    It is very difficult to get them open. Putting them back would be a mess. This set is one of many I got straight from the mint. There was a time when I got 20 sets a year. I got them for all the grandkids. So, I'm sure it came from the mint like that. I'm not considering the value, only the oddity of it.
