This one graded the same both times: MS 64. Below is an image of the original holder (don't have a picture in the new holder yet). I was a bit disappointed here as the coin looked nicer than a 64. It's also semi-pl. Taking the nice color into the equation, I thought PCGS would market grade this as a 65 but I guess it wasn't meant to be.

Wow, their masks must be fogging up their glasses. I'd give it a 65 for sure. The color bump alone should have been enough to get it there.
I agree. Of the five coins I sent in, this was the one I was most confident in! So much for that confidence.

I think they screwed the pooch on this one. That coin is clearly a gem in terms of surface preservation. I don’t know what they were thinking, holding it at 64, especially given the eye appeal of the toning. Totally SMH on this one! 65 to 65+ should have been a no-brainer!
That's what I thought too. No luck on this particular coins (I'd argue they were actually quite conservative given the color).
