    Welcome.
The bills don't have any value over face. They just happened to come from the same strap.

Normal currency in S/N sequence is not that uncommon! Would have to have something special like an error on all of the or fancy serial numbers to bring a premium. Sorry!!!

They gotta be worth at least $300. If you list them on eBay, you might get your listing fees back.

No value above face. They're available from banks all over the country in sequence.

Question for you now. Why are you covering the bills with those markers?

Because they had been folded in my pocket and I used the markers for a paper weight but I have a 1$ star note with serial number I forget the letters but the number is 00000888 any value

888 isn't a bad s/n. Not considered real low but nice nevertheless. Without seeing the condition it's impossible to offer any opinion of value. The pluses to that bill are:

    -it's a star note
-it's a binary s/n (only two unique digits)
-the Chinese and Japanese consider 8's to be a lucky number

Thank you it's the bill that got me started looking at the numbers. I noticed it was unique and tossed it in the change jar. Thank you

I like consecutive notes. Whenever I get consecutive notes at the ATM, I save them. I loose money as inflation eats them away.
