I am not sure what this is, Germany token or money of some kind.

 

I thinks it's an IOU type token/marker.

 

Cool! I never seen one of those. Numista has it here - https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces25050.html - they catalogued it under notgeld. I agree with Beefer518 - it probably was a coin worth ten pfennig used in commerce only in that state - Schleswig-Holstein. It was minted in Hamburg according to the entry in Numista. Gutschrifts is credit, and that coat of arms represents Schleswig-Holstein, formerly a Danish duchy.

1919 GB penny. I was excited to discover that this one is an example of "brockage". Note on the reverse the impressed bust of King George V.

 

I have some of those or similar - ghosting. I found this - https://www.cointalk.com/threads/1946s-lwc-ghosting.381622/. It was an issue the RM was attempting to address.
