I'm not really a bill expert but what ink error? This is a 2001 series $10 which only has green. Not the current green, yellow, orange and yellow colors.

Also not seeing any ink error, which is generally a large dark green smear. Notes that are in circulation are not pure. They will pick up ink from pens, teller stamps etc. Even if that tiny trace of ink came from the BEP presses, there's no premium.
Just a bit of overinking that bleed through from back to front. Minor issue with no premium... Worth face value.
As mentioned by Ed, either bleed through or wet ink transfer from another bill. NAV, no added value but interesting.
It’s called over inking which causes some bleeder. It’s actually very common and in this case it’s only worth ten dollars.
At some point I saw a lot of bills in circulation with ink bleeds, as if the mint had far less quality control.
