Have some coins mostly roosevelt dimes in 40 year old whitman folders seeing some tarnish developing are these folders "safe" for storing coins ??
The old ones have sulfur that causes rainbow toning. If you don't want the rainbow color buy a new one.Read this for more:http://rg.ancients.info/guide/toning.html
