I don't have the piece in hand, but it appears from the photos to be overcleaned (the least offensive description I could think of). Not unusual, at all, but it is still respectable.
I'm thinking lower because of the flat areas on the hair over the ear. Going way out on a limb here. MS61.
Looks to have been through the mill on the obverse...also some rub-wear on face if not the angle/lighting, but nothing really tell-tale on the reverse. Still, saying 58 to me...but if MS, no more than 62. It's my understanding that in the "old" days after split-grading (62/65, etc.), the revised single grading was indicative of the worst side, so if a 62 obv and a 65 reverse, it was a 62 coin...the better side didn't factor. Will stand corrected...I wasn't into grading at all back then but read something similar.
