Only available in Mint sets. A slight 3% rotation front to back but well within guidelines. The photos were taken to show the rotation.
Cool. I've had one for years (not a "find" in circ, but out of a set at some point) that might well grade 69 if not 70...indeed, it's that nice. Always seemed to have other coins to submit for grading (when I was grading) and just never made it to this one...nor a bunch of others. If only...
