2009 Silver Proof Set & Royal Mint

    I was looking at The Royal Mint in England and discovered that they are selling this. Here is the link:

    Can foreigners buy coins from the US Mint? I know that Americans are able to from the Canadian Mint and the Royal Mint.

    Yes, foreigners can buy from the US Mint.
