I'm guessing MS-66

(due to the reed hit to the right of the bust.)

 

MS-65 is my vote and opinion.

 

Well, if ANACS again and with the last one grading 65 with all the obv marks...and of course assuming any grading consistency...this one ought to yield a 66 for sure and very possibly a 67.

Well, there seems to be a consensus that ANACS is over grading these coins. I feel, however, that the market and the grading standards for Clad MS Ikes is largely unknown. We are all biased by coins of much softer metal, like Morgans.
