Does Carlos have too BIG a nose? (EBay Auction)

    Just don't put your finger IN it digger.I've heard that a lot of fakes use the 1776 date because it is so desirable to US buyers.I'd watch out on this one,it looks like it's almost new and probably is..hehe

    agreed, completely...

    The nose is not only too large, but the shape is not quite right, and the bridge along the front of the eyes appears too... rounded.

    I also think the numbers don't look quite right.

    You're right guys, it is a fake. But you're missing the most obvious clue - the rim and denticles. Take another look at that coin and compare it to this one -

    They state in there discription that they bought this as real and afterwords believed it to be fake.
