2021 Silver Eagle, West Point

Hi Gang!
Just wondering how people made out with the US Mint’s release of the 2021 Silver Eagle Type 2 West Point proof today?
I got 3 (and hoping it will be worth it in the long run) before the Mint sold out in 10 minutes.

I got the one on my enrollment , may sell it as the reverse is ugly to me but we will see once I get it in hand.

 

I got 2 on enrollment. I have a grandchild due in 2021 plus one coin to finish my collection of ASE's. No more after this years.

At 11:00 central I just casually typed in an order asking for one(1) and SHAZAM!!! it all seemed to go through nice and easy.

At 8:45 this evening I got the conformation: "Your order placed on 07/20/21 has been confirmed. Please retain this summary for your records. Thank you for shopping with the United States Mint!”

I guess that’s all good ... right?

I got three but received email saying problem with order then another one saying order confirmation. Not sure what's going on, In website site says processing, Anyone else have this issue? Hopefully I get them

I ordered two with an 'order confirmed' email from USMint at 8:30pm that night. Was way easier than the Morgan privy mark order in May.

 

You can’t end on an odd year. I think its illegal or something. At least wait till ‘22.

 

Ordered one coin and the website was "speedy." The purchase took about three minutes.

 

My subscription when thru with no issues.
I did go in and updated my CC a week or so before, good thing I did.

 

Site kept freezing. Looks like I had two orders of three go through on the same account, which obviously should not have happened. Hopefully they don't cancel both orders. Several dealers are offering a decent flip on these, so really it is costlier to not get them.

 

I saw one buying for $125, but deleted the email. Anyone know who is buying? I did get 3, unlike the WWII disaster and got nuffin!

 

@jwitten told me to check JMS, and OMG, they have them for MS 70 First Day $269! Yet MCM has them for $79. But how can they have them graded with first day when they have not even got them from the mint??? I might get them graded and sell for less... thanks!

 

I got a notification from Pinehurst Coins that they were giving $125 for the Proof W SEs.

 

I got two. Took a second try. Purchased from my phone. Very slow but could have been worse. Got confirmation on the website. Still shows as processing three days after the sale.

 

Mine went thru, got order confirmation, but no money taken out and shows as back ordered. Wonder if I get dumped...
I was late getting to the computer, not until 12.12 and felt lucky. Not so much now as I can feel the Mint screwin me.
