I don't know what the US Mint's tolerances are on the rotation of dies. But, on the Ocean View Philly nickel the die is definitely rotated several degrees. Is this an error, and if so, how much is it worth? Sorry, I meant to post this in the error forum. I see there is no place to delete a topic by the user.
I've found 9 so far. Every one I've measured is aprox 17 degrees off. all came from same 1000 coin bag.
