That's the same item as #2 in the original post. Not sure if it's the same seller. The "medal" isn't silver, it's copper. It's the "wrapper" that silvered . . . .

Maybe all the attention this thread is giving these is driving up the pricing. Whoo boy, I need to contact the seller for a "commission" . . . . .

China is good at those "Early Releases"...they released a big one around the early part of this decade/last year, about January.
