I'm not percent is this a small date or large date I know you post to go buy the 7 . To me it looks pretty high up I've seen some that seems like they hang a little lower not buy much. This is something I found Way back for got all about it very hard to find I open rolls ever day and not see a 1970s there scares.
I know it ant in the Best shape but just to find one I believe I'm going to put it in a flip I like the coin I don't have many all together.
correct me if I’m wrong but the large date the 9 Aims to the bottom of the seven and the small date aims to the center of the seven
I believe there botth coins are large date I was rolling the Dice some times but the 7 is even with the 9 if the 7 dips down any down buy the 9 plus I think I looked all this stuff up a long time ago when I found one didn't no nothing about the 70 s period but the 7 at the bottom about or does line up with the 0 I think I'm right I was just hoping early that it was a large date the small dates if there in good shape has a little value ever think small date can't go wrong just like the 1960 large and small date the large date on it the 6 has a long Hook like coming out and the small has a little 6 you find some in cirlation or buy them you will see the big difference hope that might help you a little bit there out there in cirlation ever coin I got come out of rolls from the bank
I had a difficult time telling a large from a small date when I first got into collecting. I picked up a ms64 red small date at a show for a super low price and used it to compare my 40 plus large dates that I had acquired through pocket change over the years. No I can tell a small from a large date with a short glance. Be careful if you buy a raw one on eBay. Every time I look half of them aren't small date.
