    I'm going to guess 62. Pretty big hit on the lip.

    Damaged rim and scratch on obverse. I don‘t see any luster either, but obvious wear on the high points. If they really graded the coin MS, then it shouldn’t go any higher than MS62 - and that‘s a stretch.
