I bought these a while back from an eBay seller, but I am having a really hard time trying to figure out who the rulers are. My knowledge is more based on the Roman coins, so anything to point me in the right direction would help! What could these even be worth?

Easiest way to differentiate the two is the writing On Parthian coins the inscriptions are in Greek (most people can recognize several of the letters even if not well versed in Greek). The coins of Persis, whatever the language is, are written in a totally different script whose individual letters are generally indecipherable to most readers regardless of their modern language.
