What's been done to this coin (if anything)?

To me, the surfaces look like something was done to this coin. It is a very common look to this particular seller's (who shall remain nameless) coins.

Not sure if it's over-dipped, lemon juiced (acid), or what, but it just doesn't look right to me.

    What's your opinion?

Well, it's definitely been dipped. But other than that I don't see anything particularly odd looking.

The coin seems to have a rough texture in both fields and devices. Also, on the obverse and particularly in the left field around K10-12, I seem to see circumferential "somethings" where I would expect to see radial luster.

I know nothing about this issue so I don't know what it's supposed to look like.

That was my first impression also.

Harshly cleaned or whizzed. Could have been buffed with a polishing wheel, and buffer.
