Governor Jesse is a pretty cool dude, and tells some great stories, but he's crazy as an outhouse rat, and so is the guy in your link, IMO... Joe
I don't know whether the report is worthless or not, but I can guarantee that you'll be bombarded with "important marketing opportunities." If it were really important, he'd be telling it to a newspaper so everyone could read it for free.
