these pop up often, you can buy one for a buck fifty here and its still not a good deal http://icmabible.com/Store.html
You can get a real one for $5-$7. They're just about the most common ancient coin. The only thing that keeps the price from going down to 50¢ is the (arguable) Biblical connection.
Really folks, even $.50 is a lot for a very poor replica of a coin that is easily available genuine. These are the sort of thing used in a mailing to promote a book on the Holy Land so you very well may have got one free if you are on the right mailing list. The real ones of these vary a great deal in price and quality. For $5 you get ugly and missing all detail on one side or the other. For $10, it still ugly but has a little more detail. Decent looking starts about $20 and full legends, great surfaces and well centered on both sides (a one in a million coin) might hit $100. Below are a couple a bit better than average (but not hard to find as nice). Many people feel they need two of them since that is the number specified in the story of the Widow's mites http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lesson_of_the_widow%27s_mite
