92 Lincon Cent, Doubling

    This is a 1992 Lincoln Cent that I found searching through Cents. Is this an example of "Mechanical" doubling? I have such a hard time distinguishing what is "Mechanical" versus error type doubling.

    Looks flat and shelf like to me, so yes it’s NAV Doubling.
