Pictures of both sides will help us to help you.
It would also help to change the lighting angle to avoid the glare in front of the nose
It could be the remains of a die clash that was polished off by a mint employee
Might show on the reverse

 

Here you go. I'm using a Celetron USB so I couldn't change the lighting angle, there fore I dimmed the light and added a couple of those shots. Hope this is O.K.

Die chip?

 

Really not sure. Here's a couple more shots.

 

Hard to tell with photos but it’s either PMD or a small die chip. Not worth any extra but it sure is neat.

 

PMD, if it were a die chip it would be raised.
