Question about satin lustre

    I originally accidentally posted this thread on the coin chat forum (not where it belongs-sorry about that) I'm a rookie trying to post my pics stored at photobucket for the first time, so please forgive me if you can't actually see the pictures that I want to show you....All of my early commemoratives have the blazing/brilliant (but not blast white) toning. This is the first one I've bought that has a different looking, subdued lustre. So I ask you (veteran collectors/dealers understandably rolling their eyes), is this an example of the so-called satin lustre? Thanks for helping a beginner to learn.
