    No, do not get this coin.
    That is a price you would expect to pay at MS64. The 1881-S are a very common date, and there are plenty of certified examples. You could get a MS65 for less than $200, and you would still have a coin that has a very high population!
    If you are going to buy the 1881-S morgan, graded, I would suggest getting a higher grade. (The highest one in your price range of course)

    I bought a toned one from a collection this week. 1881 S Morgan MS 65 and I paid under $150. I got it today!

    good thinking. always shoot for the highest grade without breaking your pocket- it will pay off later.
