The Title says it all... I just received a message saying something like "hey, you dont really own these right"? Well the answer is yes..I own em... I am in a weird mood tonight rather defensive to say the least!! So here they are..now post your's WG RickieB Excuse the CGA holder on the $10.. I bought the note, not the holder!! Threw in an extra $500 for good measure. 2 of the Stars as well.. And no, I do not have the $5000 and $10,000 notes. If any of you have the 250K to get these I would be happy to know about it. Until then this is a suppose a short set. RickieB
If anyone would or should have these notes it would certainly be you! Absolutely gorgeous examples! Dream currency for me to behold. I miss the old portraits like these that we had on our currency until not so many years ago, especially the Grant, but the Cleveland, McKinley and Jackson are also interesting considering that these four were all present in the era of the photograph as opposed to those figures who were not. I say this as there seems to be a difference in 'seeing' the person, in how they were rendering and how the photograph changed how we and the artists that created these images saw these persons for the portraits composition. Thanks for sharing another great series of amazing notes in jaw dropping condition as well! I always enjoy seeing your currency and looking for things I didn't see before in currency design.
Agreed! RickieB has some of the nicest currency and I always enjoy looking at the collection. Nice notes my man
